Refunds

Refunds are accepted only if the order is returned immediately to the courier at the time of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn.
• In its original condition.
• Returned with all original garment tags attached.
• Free from any stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees apply in all cases, including:

• Order delivery.
• Product exchange.
• Product return or refund.

Order Information

Orders containing incomplete or incorrect customer information may be automatically canceled.

Order Acceptance

Orders cannot be partially accepted or partially returned.

Upon delivery, the customer must either:

• Accept the entire order, or
• Return the entire order immediately to the courier.

Partial delivery or partial returns are not available.
